We spent our Christmas vacation in a hotel that is not too old and is situated in a very strategic location. the staff was warm and accommodating. They were able to offer us one of the tour packages in the city, which was a great experience. the rooms were regularly cleaned and the linens and towels were always spotless. the hotel had a medium, sized restaurant that served delicious food, which made us happy.

There were a few things that dampened our experience. the air, conditioning was hardly functioning and made our room uncomfortably hot.

touristic places like house of tiles were very close to our hotel. paseo de la reforma was quite close and to balderas subway station you can get within 10 minutes walk. juarez district won't disappoint you. in love with prim.

Cleaning maid was very nice and front staff.

they should have much better towels and bed sheets they are very old like one star hotel. There is not much in cont.breakfast just coffee and bread and few slices of honey melon.The room was very cold in the night.
